An administrator accepts the DPA before inviting the first guest. The version and date are recorded.
Export and deletion
Download the whole organization as CSV and JSON with attachments, then delete it for good if you want.
Frequently asked questions
How much does client access cost?
Nothing. Client guests are unlimited and do not change the price.
Does my client need an account?
They don't create an account or a password. The account comes from the invitation, and the client signs in with a link from an email.
What does my client see?
Only their own tasks — assigned or shared with them — and the comments on them. Not the rest of the project, and not your team.
How do I pay?
Online, monthly or yearly. For Polish companies the VAT invoice goes to KSeF automatically.
Can I move tasks from Trello, Asana or Jira?
Yes, from a CSV file — those tools export to CSV. You map the columns during the import; the steps are in the documentation.
Do I have to use Slack?
No. Slack is included, but it is your choice. Without it, notifications arrive by email and in the app.
What does the AI assistant see?
Only what the person who connected it can see. Access can be revoked at any time, and an administrator can turn the feature off for the whole company.
Will someone outside a project see everything?
No. They see only the tasks assigned to them. The rest of the project stays with the team.
Can the administrator see my private tasks?
Not their content. Summaries show them only as numbers, without titles or descriptions, and the administrator cannot open them.
Where is our data?
In the European Economic Area. Each company's data is kept separate from everyone else's.
What if it doesn't work out?
The first 30 days are free and need no card. If you don't stay, you pay nothing, and you can download your data.
How is the price calculated?
€19 per month excl. VAT covers five people. From the sixth person on we add €3.50 each. Guests are not counted. Companies in Poland pay in PLN, everyone else in EUR.
