Pricing questions
How much does client access cost?
Nothing. Client guests are unlimited and do not change the price.
What about the invoice and VAT?
For every billing period we issue an electronic VAT invoice made out to your company. Polish companies receive it through KSeF, and 23% VAT is added to net prices.
We are in another EU country. Do we pay VAT?
No, if you give an EU VAT number that passes VIES verification. The invoice is then under reverse charge and you pay the net amount in euro.
What if someone joins mid-month?
You pay proportionally for the days left in the billing period. When you deactivate someone, the fee drops from the next period.
How do I pay?
Online, on the payment operator's page, monthly or yearly. We never store card details.
How do I cancel?
At any time, in the billing panel or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
If you don't pay, the organization becomes read-only: you can view and download your data but not change it. Paying restores full access at once. After 60 days without payment the data is deleted.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. An administrator downloads the whole organization — projects and tasks as CSV and JSON, plus attachments — at any time, read-only mode included.
