Your assistant knows your tasks

Connect Claude Code, Claude or ChatGPT. The assistant reads tasks, creates new ones, closes finished ones and tells you what waits on the client. You write in plain language.

The connection uses MCP, an open standard for AI assistants. You sign in with your own account. The assistant sees only what you see.

Example · Claude Code

From task to fix in one window

A developer asks the assistant to take a task. It reads the description, fixes the code, describes the change in a comment and closes the task. The team sees all of it in the history.

Example · Claude

A client status report without the Friday copy-paste

A project manager asks for a report for the client. The assistant gathers what waits on the client, what waits on the team and what closed this week, and hands back a text ready to send.

What you can ask

A few requests that save time

  • Client“Show me what is waiting on the client in the NewSoft project.”
  • New task“Create a task for Ewa: panel requirements, due on Friday.”
  • After a merge“The PR for A2M-142 is merged — close the task and comment on what changed.”
  • Plan the day“What's on my plate today, and what has waited longest?”
  • After a meeting“Turn these notes into tasks and assign them to the people who volunteered.”
  • Weekly review“Who has overdue tasks, and for how many days?”

Benefits in practice

Less copying, more doing

  • You don't copy the task description. The assistant reads it itself.
  • You don't go back to the browser. Commenting and closing the task happen where you work.
  • The team knows what happened. Every change in the history is signed, e.g. “MCP (Claude Code)”.
  • Notifications work as usual. An assignment made by the assistant still reaches the person.

Control

The assistant has no more rights than you

  • It sees and changes only what you can see and change.
  • It never sees other people's private tasks.
  • It asks for confirmation before deleting anything.
  • You see connected assistants in your profile and disconnect them with one click.
  • An administrator can turn the feature off for the whole company.
  • Limit: 60 calls per minute per person. Guests cannot connect assistants.
