This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Polish version is legally binding.
§ 1. General provisions
- These Terms set out the rules for using the assign2me service provided electronically by: Trogon sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Rzeszów, ul. Króla Stanisława Augusta 33/7, 35-210 Rzeszów, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court in Rzeszów, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001277671, NIP (tax ID) 5170477258, REGON 546128668, share capital PLN 50,000.00 (the “Provider”).
- These Terms are the terms referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
- Contact with the Provider: email contact@assign2me.com, phone +48 509 957 770.
- These Terms are available free of charge at assign2me.com in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed.
§ 2. Definitions
- Service – the assign2me application for managing a team's tasks and working with clients, provided through a web browser.
- Customer – a business, legal person or organizational unit that concludes an agreement with the Provider for the Service.
- Organization – the Customer's separate space in the Service containing its projects, tasks, Members and Guests.
- Member – a natural person who uses the Service as a member of the Customer's team in its Organization, by invitation or registration.
- Guest – a natural person from outside the Organization, usually on the side of the Customer's client, whom a Member has invited to a project to work on selected tasks.
- User – a Member or a Guest.
- Organization Administrator – a Member with rights to manage the Organization, including Members, Guests, billing and integrations.
- Trial Period – the first 30 days after the Organization is created, during which the Customer uses the Service free of charge.
- Billing Period – a month or a year, depending on the chosen plan, counted from the day of the first payment or, if the payment was made during the Trial Period, from the day the Trial Period ends.
- DPA – the data processing agreement published at assign2me.com/dpa, which is an annex to these Terms.
§ 3. Scope of the Service
- Under the Service the Provider makes available: creating projects, sections, tasks and subtasks; assigning tasks to Members and Guests; comments and files on tasks; notifications; summaries; exporting summaries to a CSV file.
- Files attached to tasks may be up to 25 MB each. The total size of an Organization's files, including files added by Guests, is up to 2 GB. Once the limit is reached a new file is not accepted, and all other features keep working.
- The Service includes integrations with Slack, GitHub, GitLab and AI assistants via the MCP protocol. Using the integrations is optional; they are enabled by the Organization Administrator or a Member.
- All features of the Service are available to every Customer regardless of the number of Members and Guests.
§ 4. Technical requirements
- Using the Service requires internet access, a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active email address.
- Using an integration requires an account with the respective service (Slack, GitHub, GitLab) or an AI assistant application that supports the MCP protocol.
§ 5. Conclusion of the agreement and account
- The agreement is concluded when the Organization is created and these Terms are accepted. The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
- The Customer is responsible for the data provided at registration and for the actions of Members and Guests in its Organization.
- Providing unlawful content, attempting to circumvent the Service's security and actions that disrupt its operation are prohibited.
§ 6. Guests
- A Member may invite a Guest to a project by entering the Guest's email address. The number of Guests is not limited, and Guests do not affect the fee.
- A Guest sees only the tasks assigned or shared with them, together with their comments, files and subtasks. A Guest does not see the list of Members, other tasks, sections, summaries or other projects of the Organization.
- A Guest signs in with a one-time link sent to their email address. On their first visit the Guest accepts these Terms to the extent that concerns them and is shown the information on how their data is processed.
- A Guest may not have an email address in the domain of any Member of the Organization. People who work for the Customer on a permanent basis use the Service as Members.
- Before the first Guest is invited, the Organization Administrator accepts the DPA in the Service. The Service records the DPA version, the date and the person who accepted it. A new DPA version must be accepted before the next invitation.
- The Customer decides whom it invites as a Guest and which tasks it shares with them, and is responsible for this towards the Guest and the people whose data those tasks contain.
§ 7. Price and payments
- The monthly net fee for an Organization with up to 5 Members is PLN 79 for Customers based in Poland and €19 for all other Customers. For each additional Member the fee increases by PLN 15 or €3.50 net per month respectively.
- The Customer may choose a monthly or an annual plan. The fee for the annual plan is ten times the monthly fee and covers 12 months.
- The fee depends on the number of Members who have not been deactivated. Guests, pending invitations and deactivated Members are not counted. When a Member joins during a Billing Period, a proportional fee for the rest of that period is added. Deactivating a Member lowers the fee from the next Billing Period.
- The billing currency (PLN or EUR) follows the Customer's country in the invoice details. The currency set at the first payment does not change for the duration of the agreement.
- The fee is charged in advance for each Billing Period, after the Trial Period ends. Payment is made on the payment operator's page. The Provider does not receive or store payment card data.
- For each Billing Period the Provider issues an electronic VAT invoice and makes it available to the Organization Administrators. Invoices for Customers based in Poland are issued in the National e-Invoice System (KSeF).
- VAT at the applicable rate is added to net prices. A Customer from another EU member state whose EU VAT number is positively verified in the VIES system is invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism, in which case the invoice does not include VAT.
§ 8. Trial Period
- Each new Organization has one Trial Period lasting 30 days from its creation. During the Trial Period the Customer uses all features of the Service, with any number of Members and Guests, free of charge and without providing payment card details.
- Only one Organization in its Trial Period may exist at a time per email domain. For addresses in public email domains (e.g. gmail.com) the limit applies to the individual address.
- A Customer who cancels during the Trial Period pays nothing. To cancel, simply do not pay, send a message to contact@assign2me.com or delete the Organization in its settings.
- If no payment is made by the end of the Trial Period, the Organization switches to read-only mode: Members can view and download data but not change it. Payment restores full access immediately. After 60 days in read-only mode without payment the agreement expires and the data is deleted in accordance with § 9(3).
- The Trial Period replaces the right to a refund: the fee for a Billing Period that has started is not refundable.
§ 9. Termination
- The Customer may terminate the agreement at any time in the billing panel or by a message to contact@assign2me.com. Termination takes effect at the end of the paid Billing Period.
- After the agreement ends, the Organization stays available in read-only mode for 60 days, and the Organization Administrator can download its data: tasks and projects as CSV and JSON files, and the attachments.
- After 60 days the Organization's data is permanently deleted, except for data the Provider must retain under applicable law. The Organization Administrators receive an email 7 days before the deletion.
- The Organization Administrator may also download the data and permanently delete the Organization in its settings at any time.
- The Provider may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice, or without notice if the Customer seriously breaches these Terms.
§ 10. Complaints
- Complaints about the Service can be sent to contact@assign2me.com. A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details.
- The Provider handles a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and replies to the email address it was sent from.
§ 11. Availability and liability
- The Provider takes care of the continuity of the Service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and, where possible, carried out outside working hours.
- The Provider's liability to the Customer is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the event. The Provider is not liable for lost profits.
- The Provider is not liable for the operation of third-party services the Customer has connected to the Service, including Slack, GitHub, GitLab and AI assistants.
§ 12. Personal data
- The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy policy.
- For the data that Members and Guests put into the Organization, and for Guests' data, the Customer is the controller. The Provider processes that data on the Customer's behalf under the DPA.
- The DPA is an annex to these Terms and binds the parties from the conclusion of the agreement. The DPA, with its version number, is available at assign2me.com/dpa and in the Service, where the Organization Administrator can download it as a PDF with the Organization's details.
§ 13. Final provisions
- The Provider may amend these Terms for important reasons, in particular a change in the law or in the scope of the Service. Customers are informed of an amendment by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Each version of these Terms has a number and an effective date.
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's registered office.
- Version 1.1 of these Terms is effective from 8 November 2026.
