Billing and payments

assign2me has one plan with every feature. You pay only for the number of people in your team. Guests are free.

Prices are net. You can pay monthly or yearly. The annual plan costs 10 times the monthly fee and covers 12 months, so the base price is PLN 790 or €190 a year.

Currency and VAT

The currency comes from the billing country in your invoice details, not from your location or browser language:

• Poland: PLN, plus 23% VAT.
• Other EU countries: EUR. With an EU VAT number verified in the VIES system, the invoice is under the reverse charge, without VAT. Without a verified number, VAT follows the rules in force on the invoice date.
• Outside the EU: EUR, without VAT.

The currency is set at the first payment and doesn’t change for as long as the subscription lasts, even if you later change the country. Changing the currency means ending the subscription and starting a new one.

An Administrator enters the invoice details under Billing: company name, address, billing country, tax number (NIP for Poland, required; EU VAT number, optional; other tax number, optional) and an email for invoices. The EU VAT number is checked in VIES when you save. If VIES is down, you can still save, and the number is checked again before the invoice is issued.

30-day free trial

Every new organization gets one 30-day trial from the moment it is created. It includes every feature and any number of members and guests. You don’t give card or billing details to start. Administrators see the days left in the left sidebar, with a Pay button, and get reminders on days 7, 21 and 28 and when the trial ends.

• Only one organization in its trial can exist at a time per email domain. For public email domains (like gmail.com) the limit applies to each address.
• Paying during the trial doesn’t shorten it: the first billing period starts when the trial ends.
• If nothing is paid by the end of the trial, the organization becomes read-only straight away (see below).

Who is billed

You pay for the members of your organization who are not deactivated. Guests, pending invitations and deactivated members don’t count.

• Adding a member during a billing period adds a proportional charge for the rest of the period. When you invite people, Administrators see how much the monthly fee and this extra charge will grow once the invitations are accepted and you pass 5 people. Inviting a guest never changes the fee.
• Deactivating a member lowers the fee from the next billing period. There is no refund for the current one.

The Billing screen shows the number of billed people and the net amount, tax and gross amount for the next period.

Paying

Only Administrators see Billing. Click Pay: payment happens on the payment operator’s page, and assign2me never receives or stores card data. The fee is charged in advance at the start of each period, with no action needed from you.

Invoices

You get a VAT invoice for every billing period, in your billing currency, sent to the invoice email. Administrators download all invoices as PDF under Billing. Invoices for companies in Poland are issued in KSeF, the Polish national e-invoice system. A new invoice follows your current invoice details. An invoice already issued is not changed; a mistake is fixed with a correcting invoice.

Failed payment

If the payment fails, the operator retries it and Administrators get an email and a message in the app. After failed retries you keep full access for 14 days, then the organization becomes read-only: members can see and download data but not change it, and integrations (Slack, MCP, GitHub, GitLab) stop saving changes. Paying what is due restores full access immediately.

Cancelling

An Administrator cancels any time in the Billing panel, with no need to contact us. The subscription ends with the end of the paid period. A fee for a period that has started is not refunded, because the trial is there to test assign2me first. You can undo the cancellation until the end of the paid period. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

After the subscription ends

The organization stays read-only for 60 days, and an Administrator can export all its data (GDPR and your data). After that the data is deleted. Administrators get an email 7 days before. The same applies when a read-only organization stays unpaid for 60 days.
